Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and forecast revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align revenue goals.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Manage inventory and availability to optimize sales across various channels.
- Evaluate and adjust promotional activities to ensure maximum profitability.
- Conduct regular audits of revenue systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement revenue management software and tools to streamline processes.
- Train and mentor junior revenue staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements (Required):
- Related law firm experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or finance is preferred.
- Proven experience in a revenue management role, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with market trends and customer behavior analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Working knowledge with extensive end-user training experience in the following: Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, including Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of legal specific applications and Word add-ons (Matter-Centric iManage, Power PDF Plus, Litera Compare, DocXtools) a definite plus.
- Ability to train users and support the use of the above
- Ability to quickly learn new or upgraded products to train and support users.
- Adherence to all personnel policies and practices
